We Can't Wait!

Migis is quickly waking up from its wintertime slumber and we can't wait for another season to begin here on the shores of Sebago Lake.  We've been hard at work this winter and we hope you will appreciate the differences around the property.  Colby, Phil, Jed and Scott have been very busy over the winter completing renovations to Pinetops and Cobblestone cottages.  In consultation with Joan and Tim, these cabins had their ceilings cathedralized, new lighting added, and ceiling fans installed.  A large addition was put on Cobblestone for a fantastic new bathroom which will also provide a larger bedroom for our guests in that cottage.  Joan and Sandy have been busy fine tuning the special touches which make our cottages so unique.  You will find new and different artwork, accessories, rugs, lamps and even some new furniture in many of the cottages.  Our Housekeeping Team of Kathy, Sherry, Patty, Gwen, Holly, Lisa, and Betty have spent the better part of a month doing a thorough "spring cleaning" of each cottage.  Ann worked through the spring months to plan our beautiful gardens and now she and Willow are working to get things planted and growing.  So you can see we have been working hard to get ready ~ now we can't wait for you all to join us for deliciuous meals, attentive service, beautiful Maine days, and spectaular sunsets, all experienced from the comfort of your Sebago lakeside cottage.  If you don't already have your reservation, give us a call and we will be happy to help you plan a Migis vacation!

Dear Migis Lodge, We really like it there. We go every summer. I am 7 and Andrew is 3. We are very excited to go there with our cousins and our family in 2 weeks. I really remember Migis Lodge but Andrew doesn't. But Andrew likes the lake and I like knee boarding. love, Emma and Andrew

Having spent many summers on the Raymond Cape Migis Lodge is THE spot for fun and romance. Everything you hear and read is true but maybe not emphatic enough. This is perfection! All winter I pine (no pun intended)for the jewel colors of the forest and the sunsets unlike any others in the world. Even the gift shop at the end of the road, Cry of the Loon, is unusual and the wine at Blacksmith's Vineyard is wonderful. Enjoy it yourself but keep the secret. This is Maine at its very best!
