Migis...a weblog??
It wasn't so long ago that I was reluctant to even create a website in hopes that whole worldwide web was a fad and the whole thing would just disappear. That didn't exactly happen...and here we are with not only a web site, but a BLOG site! So what does one write about in a blog? Anything you want, but since this is a Migis blog, I'll write about Migis.
What a winter! It is almost April 1 and Sebago Lake is still frozen solid with much snow around the Lodge. But we know from the past that when the melting starts it goes quickly (average "hundred year ice out" is April 17). So it won't be long before the fishing will begin, soon followed by swimming and waterskiing and sailing and all the lake activities we look forward to.
We have several weddings and corporate groups and family reunions beginning in early May taking us up to the social season which begins June 11. It looks like a great season and we can't wait to open. See you soon we hope!
